De Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam heeft in opdracht van Greenpeace Nederland onderzoek gedaan naar de gevolgen van klimaatverandering voor de Nederlandse bijzondere gemeente Bonaire. Er zijn verschillende scenario’s in kaart gebracht en er is gekeken naar de potentiële impact op onder meer de economie, gezondheid, infrastructuur en het cultureel erfgoed van Bonaire.
In de leeswijzer is een korte weergave te vinden van de belangrijkste resultaten uit de onderzoeksrapporten en de conclusies die Greenpeace Nederland aan deze uitkomsten verbindt.

The Vrije Universiteit (VU) Amsterdam, was commissioned by Greenpeace Netherlands to research the consequences of climate change on the special Dutch municipality of Bonaire. Various scenarios were mapped out and the potential impact was examined on, amongst other aspects, the economy, health, infrastructure and cultural heritage of Bonaire.
